I actually prefer keeping spells like this simple. You don’t need a huge ritual or a dozen ingredients. A candle, a little intention, and something that represents the person you’re working for can be enough.

What You Need

• 1 green candle
• A small piece of paper
• A pen
• A pinch of cinnamon
• A little basil
• A small crystal such as citrine or clear quartz
• A photo of the person, if you have one

How to cast the spell

Write the person’s full name on the piece of paper. Underneath it, write something simple such as:

“May the right job find you. May doors open easily, and may you be recognized for your skills and worth.”

You don’t need complicated spell words. I always find that simple words feel much more natural when I’m doing a spell for someone else.

Place a small pinch of cinnamon and basil on the paper. Cinnamon is often used in prosperity and success magick, while basil is traditionally associated with abundance and good fortune.

Put the green candle beside the paper rather than directly on top of it. Place the crystal and the person’s photo nearby.

This spell can be used in two ways: finding a new job or replacing an existing one with a new, better one.

How it’s done

1. Tie all the job offers together with a string, then light the green candle and place it on your left.
2. Place the job offers in the metal box and close it, leaving a piece of string outside the box.
3. Remember to put the box at a certain distance so that you can pull the piece of string. Also, have it close to the candle.
4. Place the ginger on our right to visualize the work we want to do.
5. During the visualization, you will have to start pulling the string until the box is very close to you.
6. When the box will open, and you’ll pull out the job offers, they will have to burn on the green candle. This way, we will release their energy.
7. Keep the metal box as an amulet and take it with you to all job interviews.

2. You will place two candles on it, which you will light and place in the center of the metal box.
3. Then take a piece of paper and with your red pen, you’ll write down the work you desire, and the amount of money you want to make. Repeat this on all six sheets.
4. On every piece of paper, in the end, you should write the following sentence:“The doors that I have closed to get a good job will now open. I will find a job that gives me the economic security that I need. All the doors will open in the name of the universe that surrounds us.”
5. Once you have finished with writing, you must place them inside the metal box next to the candles.
6. Then you need to add the cinnamon sticks and light the sheets of paper until the elements are completely consumed.
7. When the fire consumes everything, very carefully take the metal box and move it around your body.
8. Be very careful, because the box will be hot, so try not to burn or hurt yourself. You must let the smoke to touch your body.

How it’s done
