Weight loss spells help you to embrace the change from a different perspective with a real mindful commitment and recalling ancient rituals, and energies that will make the difference.
First of all, you have to prepare your mind for weight loss, as a prerequisite for any diet that gives results.
Let’s take a look at different spells that will help you get that desirable figure.
7 Weight Loss Spells for Beginners and Experienced Witches
Onion Weight Loss Ritual
This onion spell for weight loss will encourage you to resume your diet and help you lose those extra pounds, much more easily and quickly. This is definitely not an overnight weight loss spell.
- 1 large onion
- 1l of water
- 2 lemons
How it’s done
- Boil the onion in 1l water.
- Wait for the water to cool down.
- When it’s cold enough to drink it, take 250ml of water and squeeze half of the lemon into it.
- Then drink it. I suggest that you drink this every morning before or after breakfast.
- Keep the rest in the fridge.
Repeat for a minimum of two weeks.
This onion spell is not meant for people who suffer from acidity or gastritis and other disorders that affect the irritation of the digestive moss, such as colitis, diarrhea, and irritable bowel.
Waning Moon Ritual to Lose Weight
Now it’s time for a proper spell. Here I’ll show you how it is possible to lose fat by practicing a small ritual every day for 14 days, using only a few instruments.
It’s a little bit more complicated than usual spells, so the instructions must be followed precisely.
- Athame (or a sharp knife) (if you want to learn more about athame check our guide here)
- A black candle
How it’s done
- You must begin with this ritual on the first day of Waning Moon and therefore immediately after the last day of Full Moon.
- Choose the room best suited to the ritual, and a small table where you will be going to place everything you need. Preferably the room should be the same for all the days of the ritual.
- On the table, or on the base of the altar (if you have it) prepare your candle already loaded for the purpose and your athame also purified and consecrated.
- If you want, you can add a photo or an object that will give you the push or the motivation to lose unnecessary weight.
Once you have prepared what you need, the ritual will begin.
- With the athame you will have to carve 13 cleats around the black candle, that is 14 equal-sized spaces.
- In each space, you will go to engrave “-5 pounds” or “-5 kilograms”.
- Now light the candle that will burn until the first notch, while the candle consumes the first “5 pounds” you will say:
“May the fat burn for my lean body.
May the pounds disappear.
I won’t have to eat much anymore.
Willpower is what I need for what I want to get.
My body and my mind will resist temptations.
Only 15 days of the diet and just thinking about finishing it, I get excited.”
- As you say these words, you will appear lean and happy and healthy.
Repeat this small ritual every day, burning a notch of the candle every day, all this until the New Moon when the candle is completely consumed.
In the meantime, do some exercise and also try to eat healthier.
In these 15 days concentrate on the metabolism that increases as you burn off the extra pounds.
You can repeat the ritual whenever you want.
Yellow Thread Weight Loss Ritual
It is a ritual for which we will need a yellow thread. It symbolizes the tape measure that gives us so much trouble.
On this piece of thread, we will make nine knots that represent the holes of the belt.
By making each knot we will show our strong will and determination to change.
If we do not do so, this skinny spell will not be strong enough to succeed.
We need to imagine the pounds we want to lose each week. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t try to lose too much since this can lead to health issues.
We surround the waist with the yellow thread and cut what is left over.
While we do it, we pronounce motivational phrases/ affirmations.
In total there will be nine, one for each knot.
- I’m going to get it.
- I have to eat a healthy breakfast.
- No more overeating.
- No more junk food.
- Gentle exercise helps change.
- I’m going to get skinny every day, a little more.
- I have the will to achieve it.
- My body is losing weight.
- I got this no matter how hard it gets.
You can replace these motivational phrases with your own.
The key to achieving a successful result with this spell to lose fat is that we believe in it.
Mirror Weight Loss Spell Without Ingredients
It is a simple ritual that allows us to visualize the loss of weight.
You have to close our eyes and imagine ourselves in front of a mirror in which you see yourself as you are today.
Then you need to visualize stepping inside the mirror, and once you get out of it, you need to turn around and look in the mirror again. You need to visualize yourself being slim.
Then open your eyes and remember this last image every time before you eat.
It is also advisable to draw this slimmer figure on a sheet of paper and hang it somewhere where you see it regularly. It will be your motivation to achieve what you wish for.
Brazilian Weight Loss Ritual
The famous Brazilian medium Chico Xavier recommended this easy-to-perform ritual to lose weight.
- Grains of rice
How it’s done:
On a Wednesday morning:
- In half a glass of water, place the number of grains of rice corresponding to the number of pounds you want to lose. DON’T exaggerate.
- Let the water with rice rest for a whole day and in the evening night drink the water leaving the grains of rice in the glass.
- Re-fill the glass with water, half a glass, with the same grains of rice inside.
- Let the water with rice in the glass for the night and on Thursday morning, on an empty stomach, drink the water, leaving the rice inside again.
- Re-fill the water again (half) and let it rest with the rice inside.
- On Friday morning, drink the water and also the rice, all together.
You can repeat this every two weeks. You need to keep the same glass if you decide to repeat this ritual. You can say that this is one of those spells to lose weight overnight.
It is also not necessary to follow a rigorous diet because the ritual alone is very powerful.
A Quick Star Ritual to Lose Weight
On a waning night with a clear sky, leave your home with a yellow silk ribbon.
How it’s done:
Look to the sky and choose a star.
Then, knot the tape for every pound you want to lose.
At the same time, say the following phrase:
“Star, little star, beautiful and thin, give me your beauty and slimness, and I give you my fat.”
After doing this, tie the ribbon on your wrist, and every time you lose a pound untie a knot.
Garlic Ritual for Weight Loss
Garlic is an ingredient widely used, so it is effortless to do this ritual to lose weight.
- 1l of water.
- 7 cloves of garlic (fresh garlic).
How it’s done:
- Garnish the garlic cloves.
- Then put them in a pot filled with 1 liter of water.
- Cook them on a low heat for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, wait for the water to cool down.
- Remove garlic.
- Take a spoonful of that water every day for a week.
On the third day of this ritual, you will begin to see the first results.
For this ritual to take effect, you need to drink the water every day.
If for some reason, you fail or forget to drink the liquid, you must start all over again.
You should repeat this ritual for three weeks, and make a new mixture every week.
