You don’t need anything fancy but merely two ingredients that will work by channeling negativity and divert it, so you are free and ready to surrender.

This is the best beginner-friendly spell you can cast if you are new to magick but have trouble sleeping. Give it a try!

Things you need

  • One glass of smooth and transparent glass
  • Clean water
  • Optional: amber, musk or cinnamon incense sticks
  • Optional: white candle

How it’s done

  1. Fill the glass with water and leave it on the night table near you.
  2. It must be there during your sleep hours.
  3. In the morning, throw the water and wash the glass properly to eliminate the negative energy that has been collected during the night.
  4. You can do it every night or when you think you need it.

How to use incense and candle to improve your sleep?

  • Just before going to sleep, you can take a few minutes and light incense of amber, musk or cinnamon.
  • Let it burn while you stay relaxed.
  • Meditate a little bit if you can to relax and unwind from the day so far.
  • Appreciate the things you have in your life and say thank you.
  • Fill yourself with positive energy and love.
  • You can also light a small white candle during that time.
  • And before going to sleep, place the glass with water as I explained.

This is a spell that has its origins in herbalism and green magic, so you will need elements of nature to perform it.

You do not need to wait for a specific day of the month or a specific moon to do it since its effect is immediate and equally effective at any time. It is designed so that you can rest at the time you finish it so that it will work at any time of the day.

This spell is very powerful, so it is enough that you do it once every 15 days.

If you want, you can also combine this spell with others to improve your sleep routine.

For the ingredients; if you have a garden where the things you need grow, that’s the best-case scenario.

But it’s also okay if you don’t have it. Just make sure they are organic and free of pesticides, as these reduce the natural effects of the spell.

Things you need

  • A white ceramic cup
  • A wooden spoon
  • A pot or other container to boil
  • Strainer
  • A few dried leaves of lime, peppermint, and passionflower
  • A white candle
  • A sheet of paper and a pen.

How it’s done

Approximately one hour before casting, heat some water and place in peppermint, passionflower, and lime leaves.

Let it boil for 3 minutes, stir with a wooden spoon clockwise.

Turn off the heat and let cool until it is at room temperature.

Find a table and chair where you can sit and be comfortable.

Try to cast this spell when everyone has already gone to sleep, so you can be calm and work without interruptions.

Place the candle on your right side.

Put the infusion of herbs you just made in a white ceramic cup and place it on your left.

Now let’s begin:

  1. Sit comfortably and take three deep breaths, try to clear your mind.
  2. Light the candle and let it burn for three minutes. While this is happening, keep inhaling and exhaling deeply and repeat the following sentence as many times as necessary:
    “I am harmony. I am peace, I am serenity, and I am a joy. I own my time, my energy and my rest.”
  3. After three minutes, place the candle in front of you, and between you and the white candle place the cup with the infusion of herbs.
  4. Place your hands in front of the infusion and repeat the next sentence; make sure you concentrate all your energy in your hands so that the power of the spell is much stronger.
    “Thank you very much universe for giving me the energy to fulfill my duties and enjoy the pleasures you have given me today. I ask you now allow me to own my rest, to reconcile with the dream and rest for tomorrow to begin again. I ask you to please, under grace, perfectly and in harmony for the whole world. “
  5. Make sure you have transmitted all your positive energy to the infusion, you can repeat the sentence as many times as you think it’s necessary.

How it’s done

  1. Light the candle and place it in front of you.
  2. Hold a clock and set it to mark the time you want to sleep.
  3. Place it on the left side of the candle.
  4. Now take the pink quartz and pass it through your body, from your feet to your head.
  5. Place it on the right side of the candle.
  6. Repeat the following sentence:
    “Thank you very much universe for giving me the energy to fulfill my duties and enjoy the pleasures you have given me today. I ask you now allow me to own my rest, to reconcile with the dream and rest for tomorrow to begin again. I ask you to please, under grace, perfectly and in harmony for the whole world.”
  7. With your left hand, take the quartz and place it on the clock.
  8. Turn off the candle and wait for all the smoke to burn out.
  9. Take ten deep breaths before going to sleep.
