In the art of kitchen witchcraft, a goddess bowl is any bowl meal with 100% real ingredients blended for the culinary and metaphysical properties to create an edible spell.

The ingredients in this bowl promote attraction, love and sensuality in committed relationships.

Eat and enjoy!

Ingredients with Meaning

Kitchen witch recipes inherently take into consideration the metaphysical meaning of in the ingredients used.

As with all magic, intention empowers.  The key ingredients in this recipe are all classic love spell ingredients.

Coconut, raspberry, cinnamon, maple syrup evoke passion, intensity and attraction.  More specifically:

Raspberries.  Raspberries honor the risk and reward of throwing ourselves upon the mercy of love. The blood-like juice of raspberries strengthens the bonds of marriage and promotes renewed attraction in long-term relationships.  The thorns on a raspberry bush warn us that when we go looking in the wild for love, we sometimes get pricked!

Maple syrup.  In kitchen witchcraft, maple charges food with moon energy and healing properties.  The stickiness of maple syrup “glues” happy couples and solidifies unity.

Cinnamon.  With so many powerful magical attributes, we wrote an entire article on How to Use Cinnamon in Witchcraft.  Cinnamon spices up love and heightens spiritual attraction (as opposed to mere physical attraction).

Coconut oil & milk.  All parts of the coconut enhance the purity of love, dispel negative elements in love relationships and “refresh” the softer feelings of long-term romance.

Check out this idea to use coconut oil in your magic.

Almond milk.  The inclusion of almond milk in this recipe romotes wisdom and compassion—-both pretty important if you’re in it for the long haul!

You will need:

-1 cup plain instant oats

-3/4 cup almond milk (sub regular milk if not vegan)

-2 tablespoons coconut milk

-1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

-1/2 tablespoon vegan butter (sub regular butter if not vegan)

-2 tablespoons maple syrup (sub honey if not vegan)

-1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon (depending on how strong your like your spice)

-1/2 cup raspberries

Step 1

In a small pot, bring almond milk just to boil.  Reduce heat to low and add oats, cinnamon, coconut butter and vegan (or regular) butter.  Stir for 10-15 seconds.

Step 2

Turn off the heat and cover the pot with a tight fitting lid for 1-3 minutes.  The longer they steep, the mushier they are.  I like them al dente (firm) but if you like them mushy, let it go to three minutes.

Step 3

You may have noticed, there is way less liquid in this recipe than most manufacturers recommend.  Again, I find that if I use the manufacturers instructions, they come out mushy.  So I use less.  But if you find that it’s too dry when they’re done cooking, add more almost milk, a tablespoon at a time, until you get a consistency that you like.

Step 4

Drizzle coconut milk and maple syrup over bowl.

Step 5

Toss in raspberries and eat!  Yummy!

Tips

Add nutmeg and ginger for a little extra kick if you like spice—they also have magical properties for romance.

Make this meal extra magical by lighting red and white candles or setting out roses on the dining table.

Or, consider serving it as breakfast in bed and then . . . stay there.  😉
