Step 1
On the bay leaf, write a word that symbolizes inner peace to you. It may simply be “PEACE” or “ALIGNED” or even “I AM I AM I AM.” Whatever you choose, write it mindfully, focusing intently on each pen stroke as though carving it into stone.
Step 2
Wrap the bay leaf around the candle and secure it with 100% cotton thread or string.
On a fire-safe surface, surround the candle with seashells, lemon rind (to cleanse negative energy), and lavender flowers.
Step 3
In a quiet space, light the candle. Focus on the flame. As it burns, imagine your stress “melting” with the wax, and your worries rising away from you and into the sky with the heat of the candle flame.
