This article explores the Wiccan archetype of the Crone as the third phase of feminine experience, examining how Western cultural attitudes have contributed to the devaluation of elder women even within alternative spiritual communities. Through personal reflection and experiential narrative, the author argues that older women—regardless of their formal spiritual identification—often embody traditional craft-related knowledge through practices such as gardening, herbalism, and intuitive wisdom.
