Nothing magnifies beauty like self-love.  On your vanity or dressing table, place:

-a photo of yourself

–cuarzo rosa,

-cinnamon stick

–(opcional)  a statue of Venus/Aphrodite

To keep the energy of the altar fresh, maintain a vase of fresh flowers or anoint the cuarzo rosa with rose oil.

Cómo se hace

1. Lo primero que vas a hacer es tomar tu fotografía y la fotografía de la Diosa Afrodita, y con el rotulador de tinta azul, escribirás en el reverso de ambas fotografías las cosas que quieres cambiar en tu cuerpo.
2. Si quieres cambiar algo de tu cara, puedes escribirlo o algo de tu cuerpo; por ejemplo, los pechos, la piel, las caderas, las manos, las uñas, las pestañas, las cejas, etc.
3. A continuación, coloca la fotografía delante del espejo y pégala con la cinta transparente.
4. Durante cinco noches consecutivas, encenderás una vela azul, y harás la siguiente oración.
5. Una oración:“To the Goddess Aphrodite the most beautiful of the goddesses, I ask you to help me to see myself as beautiful as you are, help me make my body look the way I want it to be, a body that is pleasing in the eyes of everyone.After these five nights, you will put the image of the Goddess in your right pocket every day before leaving, and you will repeat the request to Aphrodite.To the Goddess Aphrodite the most beautiful of the goddesses, I ask you to help me to see myself as beautiful as you, help me to make my body look the way I want it to be, a body that is pleasing in the eyes of everyone.”

Cómo se hace

Selecciona un color de vela para conseguir un efecto más fuerte o mézclalos para obtener un poco de cada uno. Puedes trabajar con una sola vela, pero puedes utilizar dos o tres velas de distintos colores si quieres llevar las cosas a otro nivel y atraer aún más energía.

2. En athame (si no tiene uno, un palo o cualquier cuchillo también sirven).

5. Tome su Athame y apunta al suelo.“I absorb the balance and vitality of the Earth.”
